      When creating an account, you agree to:
      • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information
      • Maintain and promptly update your account information
      • Keep your password secure and confidential
      • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
      • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

      2.3 Verification Process

      We reserve the right to verify your identity and credentials. You agree to provide all necessary documentation for verification purposes.

        3. Platform Services

        3.1 Services Provided

        Real1Connect provides:
        • Access to verified property listings from developers
        • Lead management and CRM tools
        • Marketing resources and website builder
        • Commission tracking and payment processing
        • Training and support resources

        3.2 Service Modifications

        We reserve the right to:
        • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time
        • Change pricing and subscription plans with notice
        • Update features and functionality
        • Impose limits on certain features or services

        4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

        4.1 Professional Conduct

        You agree to:
        • Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner
        • Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations
        • Maintain valid licenses and registrations
        • Provide accurate information to clients
        • Honor commitments and agreements with clients and developers

        4.2 Prohibited Activities

        You must not:
        • Violate any laws or regulations
        • Infringe on intellectual property rights
        • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
        • Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
        • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
        • Use automated systems or bots without permission
        • Interfere with the platform's operation or security
        • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

        5. Fees and Payments

        5.1 Subscription Fees

        Access to certain features requires a paid subscription:
        • Fees are charged according to your selected plan
        • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
        • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
        • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

        • We may deduct applicable taxes and service fees

        6. Intellectual Property

          • Permission to use your name and likeness in connection with your content

          7. Disclaimers and Limitations

          • The availability of listed properties

            To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real1Connect and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
            • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
            • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
            • Damages resulting from unauthorized access or data breaches
            • Damages arising from third-party actions or content
            • Any damages exceeding the fees paid by you in the past 12 months

            9. Indemnification

            You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real1Connect, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
            • Your use of the platform
            • Your violation of these terms
            • Your violation of any laws or regulations
            • Your violation of third-party rights
            • Your content or conduct on the platform

            10. Termination

            10.1 Termination by You

            You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings.

              10.2 Termination by Us

              We may suspend or terminate your account if:
              • You violate these terms
              • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
              • Your account remains inactive for an extended period
              • We discontinue the service

              10.3 Effect of Termination

              Upon termination:
              • Your access to the platform will be revoked
              • Outstanding fees remain due and payable

              • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

                11.2 Jurisdiction

                Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

                            12.5 Assignment

                            You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign these terms without restriction.
